In 2010, the newly launched NSOA Deluxe academic support programme produced a 49% pass rate for a group of 65 students in the Western Cape. 2011’s group did even better with a final pass rate of 53%!
In 2011, our group of 65 CTA students (same number as in 2010!) were sitting on a 33% pass rate before the supplementary results become known. Following the release of the supplementary results, this % has now increased to 53% – an admirable result for a really difficult course!
These students were enrolled on the Deluxe programme, using the NSOA DVD product together with the writing of weekly practice tests and the weekly submission of a selection of assignment questions. A very intense programme but then again, maybe just what is needed for a very intense year of studies?
