To assist trainees in understanding how to manage the client relationship and understanding client- service delivery. Learns effective interpersonal skills through understanding of temperament styles and profiles. Practicing effective meeting management.
The cost of this 1-day intervention is R1 325 per participant in 2020 (R1 250 in 2019). These costs are exclusive of VAT but inclusive of teas and lunches as well as any files and course material to be distributed to the trainees.
